Here’s another CHG you wish you could go online dating with. Everyone knows her as Gwendolyn “Winnie” Cooper, a role she portrayed in the 80s television series, “The Wonder Years.” These days, she still acts and she’s also an accomplished author and teacher.
So, what makes her a geek? McKellar majored in mathematics while a student at UCLA. In 1998, she graduated summa cum laude. Now, if that doesn’t make her a geek, I don’t know what will. She is the author of two New York Times bestsellers, “Math Doesn’t Suck” and “Kiss My Math”.

As an actress, she showed her geeky side by lending her voice to two characters in three video games: Jubilee in “X-Men Legends” and Invisible Woman in “Marvel: Ultimate Alliance” and “Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2”. She also starred in the Sci-Fi Channel original movie, “Heatstroke”. The movie is about searching for alien life on Earth. McKellar is also the math correspondent for “Brink,” a Science Channel program about upcoming technology. And in 2010 we can look forward to her quest appearance in the hit sitcom “The Big Bang Theory.”
Now, what makes her H-O-T? McKellar appeared in lingerie for a pictorial in the July 2005 edition of Stuff magazine. Of course, the photos you see prove that the once lovable cutie from “Wonder Years” has definitely bloomed into a Certified Hot Geek.
