United States residents alone are said to have increased spending on online dating services to $932 million in 2011. In 2004 we spent $469.5 million and over $500 million in 2005. Other than pornography, online dating is the largest segment of paid content on the web. This is from a study conducted by the Online Publishers Association (OPA) and comScore Networks, an internet marketing research company.
Can you imagine just how many people are into online dating right now? That’s a lot of people spending their hard earned money just to find somebody online who can rock their world!
